I’m a data-driven neuroscientist with a Master’s in Movement Science and 7+ years of experience turning large, complex datasets into clear, actionable findings. I build reproducible pipelines for neuroimaging and behavioral data (10TB+ in scale) and develop predictive models in R and Python.

My research uses brain stimulation and neuroimaging to understand how cognitive and motor systems interact, across aging, depression, and movement disorders. I’m currently a Data Analyst at the University of Pennsylvania, working on large-scale PET and MRI datasets.

What I do

  • Data pipelines: Reproducible preprocessing of PET, MRI, and fMRI data using shell scripting, R, and Python
  • Statistical modeling: Mixed-effects models, regression, PCA, and classification for high-dimensional neural and behavioral data
  • Communication: Visualizations, dashboards, and documentation that make results usable for the whole team
